The next race is on May 21st and May 22nd at OPMC in Port Angeles, WA. The track features some major elevation changes with a good mix of fun jumps. The crew at OPMC work very hard on constantly improving their track. New track changes and more loamy dirt has been brought in just in time for the WA State MX Championships race weekend. The WA State MX Championships is a 16 round motocross racing series that uses 8 weekends in 2016 starting in March and ending in September. The series will visit 7 of the premier motocross race tracks that Washington State has to offer. Follow the series and you will be rewarded, those that race 13 out of 16 rounds will qualify for series end awards and championship trophies. Our sponsors have donated $20,000 worth of products and discounts to be given away at the end of the series. There is no memebership required to race or recieve awards. Racing is open to all ages, skill levels, and bike sizes. There are 33 classes to choose from.
The series has support from Honda, Suzuki, Husqvarna and KTM contingency programs. If you ride one of these brand of bikes, you can get paid for your results! Click the Contingencies tab to learn more. Please sign up with with your bike brand before you race. Go to your bike brands website to sign up. Local dealerships may have the sign up forms also.
